PI Industries Completes Acquisition of Plant Health Care, UK
PI Industries announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, PI Industries Management Consultancies, has completed the acquisition of Plant Health Care (PHC) Plc, a UK registered company listed on AIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, through a court approved scheme of arrangement.
With the entry into force of the Scheme, Plant Health Care Plc has become a wholly owned subsidiary of PI LLC and a subsidiary of the Company as of August 20, 2024.
The acquisition of PHC is in line with PI’s long-term strategic goal of building a differentiated portfolio of integrated solutions for sustainable agriculture. PI’s growth in the biologics space is aligned with its portfolio of 8 products and pipeline of products under development and registration.
With PHC, PI will gain access to a cutting-edge biologic/peptide technology platform in the field of “Plant Immune Inducers”.
