Arkema reorganizes its Executive Committee. Sophie Fouillat is appointed Chief Strategy Officer of the Group, succeeding Bernard Boyer who is retiring, effective October 1, 2024.

Sophie Fouillat Chief Strategy Officer
Sophie Fouillat joined Arkema in 2006 and has served as Head of Investor Relations, Head of Financial Communications, Head of Strategic Planning. Since 2022, she has been Director of Strategy and M&A at Bostik. A graduate of HEC Paris, Sophie Fouillat began her career at Total in the Tax Consolidation Department and later in the International Tax Department.
Tilo Quink succeeds Laurent Tellier as Senior Vice President of Performance Additives, effective September 1, 2024.

Tilo Quink has more than 20 years of industry experience at Arkema in China and Germany, having held several business management positions. This rich industry and international experience will be a real asset in continuing to transform mature businesses and developing fast-growing businesses.
Tilo Quink graduated in Economics and Marketing at the University of Trier and started his career at ThyssenKrupp, where he served as Managing Director of China. He joined Henkel in 2018 as Vice President of Consumer Goods and Packaging Adhesives Europe. In 2019, he became Global Director of Henkel's Packaging Adhesives, Coatings and Sealants business.
Laurent Tellier has been appointed Senior Vice President of High Performance Polymers and Fluoroenzymes, effective September 1, 2024, succeeding Erwoan Pezron. Erwoan Pezron will become an advisor to the Chairman and CEO while remaining a member of the Executive Committee.

Laurent Tellier has more than 20 years of industrial and international business experience, especially in the 3 main regions where Arkema operates, Asia, Americas and Europe. He will serve as Senior Vice President of Performance Additives in 2023.
Laurent Tellier, a graduate of the École Polytechnique and ParisTech Ponts, joins Arkema after 20 years at Saint-Gobain, managing various businesses, from activities upstream in the value chain to B2C activities, in the Ceramics, Abrasives and Composite Systems and Surface Solutions businesses.
