Prices Rise for 33 National Products! Volatile Changes in Petrochemical Prices, Sulfuric Acid Down 1%, Methanol Up 7.3%!

According to the recent news released by the National Bureau of Statistics, through the monitoring of the market prices of 50 important means of production in nine categories in the country's circulation field, the results show that in the comparison between early October and late September, a total of 33 products have risen in price, 14 products have fallen in price, and the other 3 products have remained unchanged. Among these products, the price changes of petroleum and chemical products are particularly striking, showing a trend of rising more than falling.

Specifically, the price change of chemical products: the price of sulfuric acid (98%) is 413.8 yuan (ton price, the same as below), which fell 1% compared with the previous period; Caustic soda (liquid soda, 32%) increased by 4.7% to 901.3 yuan. The price of methanol (excellent product) was 2,351.6 yuan, up 7.3%; The price of pure benzene (petroleum benzene, industrial grade) was 7,877 yuan, down 4.2%; The price of styrene (first grade) was 9097.2 yuan, up 2.4 percent; The price of LLDPE (melt index 2 film material) was 8613.3 yuan, up 3.5%; The price of polypropylene (wire drawing material) was 7,696.7 yuan, up 3.3%; The price of polyvinyl chloride (SG5) was 5,585.5 yuan, up 4.4 per cent; The price of butadiene glue (BR9000) was 16,338.9 yuan, up 2.2%; The price of polyester filament (POY150D/48F) is 7,433.3 yuan, up 7 percent.

In terms of price changes of oil and gas products, the price of liquefied natural gas (LNG) rose 0.8 percent to 4,964.3 yuan per ton. The price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rose 1.5 percent to 4,940.7 won per ton.

In addition, the price of urea (small and medium-sized particles) was 1946.3 yuan, up 2.3%; The price of compound fertilizer (potassium sulfate compound fertilizer, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content 45%) was 2,977.8 yuan, down 0.3%; The price of pesticides (glyphosate, 95% of the original drug) is 25,500 yuan, the same as the previous issue.
