RPM Acquires TMP Convert

RPM International Inc. announced the acquisition of TMP Convert SAS (TMPC) as part of its Fibergrate Structures (Fibergrate) business, which is part of RPM’s Performance Coatings Group.

Based in Simandre-sur-Suran, France, TMPC is a manufacturer of outdoor design and landscape products under the JOUPLAST and OCAPE brands. The company has annual net sales of approximately €35 million and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

TMPC’s adjustable and fixed bases and accessories for flooring and roofing applications complement Fibergrate’s Bison business, which manufactures composite adjustable bases and decorative solutions. TMPC’s products are available to professional and DIY end users, primarily serving European customers.

Thierry Convert, President of TMPC, will continue to lead the existing leadership team and work with Bison and the Performance Coatings Group to accelerate growth.
