Yoshitsu and Saynoday Sign Five-Year Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Yoshitsu announced a five-year strategic cooperation agreement with Saynoday, which reflects the high level of mutual trust and confidence of both parties in exploring growth opportunities in the beauty and daily necessities sectors in Asia.
Under the terms of the transaction, Saynoday will open five new Reiwatakiya stores by the end of 2027, and open new stores in strategic shopping areas every year, further enhancing the brand's popularity and market penetration in Hong Kong.
The cooperation aims to further expand the market share of Yoshitsu's Reiwatakiya brand in Hong Kong and other key Asian markets. Mei Kanayama, CEO of Yoshitsu, said: "We are pleased to deepen our strategic partnership with Saynoday to strengthen brand promotion and market expansion. The two parties complement each other: Saynoday has extensive experience in wholesale and retail business and has an extensive network in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and other Asian markets, especially South Korea and Japan. At the same time, Tokyo Lifestyle will provide strong support through our strong brand licensing capabilities, extensive retail network, diversified sales channels and professional supply chain management, as well as available capital resources."
