Graco Completes Acquisition of Corob for €230 Million

ECHEMI 2024-11-07

Graco has announced that it has completed its acquisition of Corob, a manufacturer of high-tech paint and coating dispensing and mixing solutions, for €230 million, subject to customary adjustments and up to €30 million in additional contingent consideration.

Corob designs and manufactures high-performance volumetric and gravimetric dispensing, mixing and shaking equipment for mission-critical coloring applications. With 2023 revenues of €110 million and more than 600 employees worldwide, Corob is headquartered in Italy with additional manufacturing operations in India and Canada.

“The completion of this acquisition will enhance our existing presence in the growing paint and coatings equipment manufacturing sector, benefiting both new and existing Graco customers,” said Mark Sheahan, Graco President and CEO.

“Corob brings valuable technology and innovation to Graco, and we will leverage the complementary strengths of both companies to drive growth and expand our global manufacturing footprint.”
