Protech Group Acquires Caldwell Chemical Coatings Industrial Coatings Business
Protech Group of Montreal, Canada, announced that it has acquired the industrial coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings of Fayetteville, Tennessee.
Caldwell is a well-known brand in the liquid industrial coatings space and has provided customers with quality, professional products and outstanding service for many years. Rob Caldwell, Principal at Caldwell, said, "We look forward to joining the Protech family and growing the liquid business together. We are excited about the products and capabilities that Protech can provide to our long-term customers."
Protech fully expects to benefit from the excellent business relationships that Caldwell has built with its customers over the years. Protech will continue to have manufacturing operations in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Existing Caldwell customers will continue to be able to obtain the products they currently purchase and will now also have access to Protech's global product and technology network.
