Protech Group Acquires Caldwell Chemical Coatings
Protech Group, based in Montreal, Canada, has acquired the industrial coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings, based in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Caldwell is a well-known brand in liquid industrial coatings and has provided customers with quality specialty products and the best service for many years.
Protech will continue to have manufacturing operations in Fayetteville. Existing Caldwell customers will continue to have access to the products they currently purchase and to Protech's global product and technology network.

Protech Group is a privately held manufacturer, developer and marketer of powder coatings, paints, adhesives and other polymer-based specialty products. Protech formulations are manufactured at more than 25 production sites around the world.
