Kuraray to Discontinue Production and Sales of Acrylic Block Copolymers
Kuraray announces its decision to discontinue production and sales of KURARITY™ acrylic block copolymers.
Since commercializing KURARITY™ in 2012, Kuraray has been working to expand businesses related to the product by releasing variants for various applications. However, as the business environment continues to be tough, it will be extremely difficult to secure sufficient profits to sustain these businesses and maintain stable production in the future.
Therefore, Kuraray will discontinue production of KURARITY™ at the end of June 2026.
Kuraray sincerely thanks its business partners and other stakeholders for their long-term support for the KURARITY™ business and sincerely requests their understanding.
