Indian Chemical Company Vinati Organics Establishes US Subsidiary
Indian specialty chemicals manufacturer Vinati Organics Limited today announced the establishment of its wholly owned subsidiary, Vinati Organics USA INC, in Delaware, USA. The new company was incorporated on February 13, 2025 with an authorized share capital of 5,000 shares of par value of $100 per share.
This expansion is in line with Vinati Organics’ strategy to explore opportunities in the US market and strengthen the presence of its specialty chemicals business. The establishment of the subsidiary is in compliance with Indian Foreign Exchange Management Regulations, Reserve Bank of India guidelines and applicable US regulatory requirements.
The new company will also be responsible for the manufacturing and sales of Vinati Organics products in the US market.
