Power Adhesives Launches HMA Range for Industrial Applications
Hot melt adhesive manufacturer Power Adhesives has launched its new bulk adhesive range. The new adhesive range offers high-performance bonding solutions for industrial applications.
The new bulk range includes pillow and pellet formats for industries that require high-output adhesive solutions, including packaging, product assembly, foam bonding and sprayable applications.
Designed to improve efficiency, reduce waste and meet the growing demand for large-scale adhesive solutions, this latest advancement expands Power Adhesives’ product range beyond the existing Tecbond formed adhesives.
“Our bulk adhesive range is a natural evolution of our product range, driven by industry demand for scalable, high-performance bonding solutions. We are known for providing adhesives that improve efficiency and reliability, and this expansion ensures that customers have more choices when selecting the right adhesive for their needs,” said Brendan Colgan, CEO of Power Adhesives.
“By launching a bulk format alongside our Tecbond range, we are enabling manufacturers to maximize productivity while reducing waste. Whether it’s packaging, product assembly or large area bonding, our bulk adhesives offer solutions that combine strength, efficiency and sustainability.”
As demand for sustainable and cost-effective adhesive solutions continues to grow, Power Adhesives’ bulk range gives customers the flexibility to choose the ideal adhesive for their specific application.
The range includes spray adhesives for mattress assembly and foam converters, quick-setting adhesives for carton sealing and product assembly, and high-temperature adhesives for demanding industrial applications. By offering adhesives in bulk, companies can streamline processes, reduce handling time, and ensure consistent bonding quality at scale.
This latest launch reinforces Power Adhesives’ commitment to providing innovative adhesive solutions to support evolving industry needs. The company has been driving sustainability initiatives, most notably with the launch of its certified biodegradable hot melt adhesive, Tecbond 214B. Tecbond 214B is also now available in volume quantities, enabling businesses to reduce their environmental impact while maintaining the performance and reliability required for industrial applications.
