BASF Increases Production Capacity for Amine Antioxidants
BASF is investing in its Puebla, Mexico, site to increase production capacity for amine antioxidants for lubricants. The expansion underscores BASF’s commitment as a supplier of specialized components for the lubricant industry to meet the growing demand for antioxidant additives due to rising lubricant stability requirements and an increasing number of vehicles.
“We are committed to understanding and meeting the evolving needs of our regional and global customers by improving the reliability of our production and delivery processes,” said Marius Vaarkamp, Director of Components Business North America, BASF Fuel and Lubricant Solutions. “Our investment in the production of amine antioxidants for lubricants reflects our commitment to providing solutions that meet market needs.”
