Reciend Group to Distribute Orion’s Specialty Carbon Black Product Line in Peru
Orion SA has announced that Reciend Group will serve as distributor for its line of specialty carbon black products in Peru. The appointment further expands the existing partnership between the two companies. Previously, Reciend Group served as Orion’s agent and distributor in Colombia for more than 20 years.
Alejandro Mejía, Chief Strategy Officer at Reciend, said the partnership is a strategic milestone for the company’s expansion in the Andean region.
“We have built a solid foundation over decades of working with Orion,” said Mejía. “Extending the partnership to Peru allows us to replicate this success in this important and growing market.”
“We know that the dedication and technical work that transformed the Colombian market will be a key factor in driving change in the Peruvian coatings and plastics markets,” said Eduardo Belisle, Technical Business Manager at Orion.
