Introduction to Pure Benzene

Shenzhen Xinhai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhai Science and Technology") in the powder industry has been committed to being a reliable and reliable material supplier, which plays an important role in the industry. Xinhai Technology is willing to go forward with customers in terms of honor and disgrace, and do something for this industry steadfastly! In view of the current situation of the domestic curing agent market, we actively follow. NISSAN works in Japan coordinate to obtain superior price and stable supply of curing agent (TEPIC-G) in order to meet the demand of curing agent in our domestic market, while restraining the domestic non-benign price rising trend, and make our own efforts for the powder coatings industry. In April 2016, Shenzhen Xinhai Science and Technology Co., Ltd. obtained the exclusive agency of Nissan (NISSAN) TEPIC-G in China,as the first curing agent for outdoor powder coatings, TGIC not only provides good weatherability, excellent baking yellowness resistance, but also has such characteristics as high film hardness, controllable curing speed and good curing performance. A series of satisfactory comprehensive properties, such as good storage stability, have been widely used as curing agent in weatherproof powder coatings, replacing a considerable part of solvent-based coatings. The drawback is that TGIC is biotoxic, irritating to human skin, eyes, etc., and aggravates irritation in hot and humid environment. Some people itch after contacting with TGIC, and there are erythema and ulcer after grasping, but it can heal after disconnection.
Before the development of new curing agent which can completely replace the excellent performance of TGIC and humanistic and environmental protection, TGIC is still the preferred curing agent for weather-resistant powder coatings. However, manufacturers in the industry are also trying to seek improvement and breakthrough in TGIC itself, but the bottleneck of research and development capacity and capital investment makes domestic TGIC still unable to improve significantly for the time being. The research and application technology of Japan in this area is relatively mature. Imported curing agent TEPIC-G is a low sensitizing curing agent specially used for outdoor powder coatings. It can significantly improve the allergic phenomena of employees in Yanxia powder coatings enterprises, and its purity is higher (extremely low residual organic Cl - less than 0.2% WT, significantly lower than the actual residual ECH of domestic TGIC - less than 50 PPM). The curing agent reacts more thoroughly with outdoor carboxyl Polyester Resin, even the dosage can be reduced by 10%. It has excellent outdoor aging performance and excellent delayed impact performance. The cured film also has higher hardness and glass transition temperature. It is more suitable for high-end applications such as heat transfer printing and solvent resistance. Its addition amount is generally 5-10% of the amount of polyester resin, which can be used together with specific transparent leveling agent to produce transparent powder with excellent transparency.
Powder coatings as environmentally friendly coatings varieties, is also one of the global development directions. The production technology of powder coatings has been very mature. The product recovery rate is over 98%. After the recovery of less than 2% ultrafine waste powder produced in the production, 100% of the waste powder can be reused in the production of powder coatings, basically achieving zero emission.
For TEPIC-G, whether you need it now or in the future, or because you need it to be upgraded or out of stock, please contact Shenzhen Xinhai Technology Co., Ltd. directly, which will bring you only surprises.
