Through 2000 kilometers, Nanjing people rushed to Kunming to grab 'crayfish'!

Recently, a large number of crayfish farmed in Yunnan have been listed on the market. Many wholesalers all over the country have squatted in the wholesale market of Kunming to grab goods. Reporters at a seafood wholesale market in Kunming learned that the price of crayfish varies from around 70, 80 yuan to about 120, 130 yuan per kilogram. It is known that the optimum temperature for the growth of crayfish is about 15 to 25 degrees. The climate of Yunnan is very suitable for the growth of crayfish. With the temperature slowly rising in other farming areas, crayfish farmed in Yunnan have been listed in large quantities. Every day, wholesalers from all over the country come to Kunming to wholesale crayfish, and Nanjing is the largest wholesaler. The biggest problem that troubles Kunming retailers is that the crayfish in Kunming is not enough to sell.
Crayfish vendors: Now Kunming is mainly shrimp shortage, this kind of shrimp a day 5, 6 to 7, 8, because people there is a large demand, but there is not so much production here. Journalists learned through visits that the scale of crayfish farming in Yunnan is about 7,8,000 mu. Master Liu has been farming crayfish in Qujing Malong County for nearly 10 years. Liu Shifu said that crayfish farming in Yunnan is relatively scattered, and there are farmers in Qujing, Chuxiong, Dali and Honghe, and the scale is relatively small.
When Hubei crayfish was listed on the market, the total output of crayfish in Yunnan Province may not be as high as that of a large farming county in Hubei Province. Therefore, the local sales season of crayfish in Yunnan mainly concentrated in the year after May. Now, although the price of crayfish in Yunnan is high, the supply of crayfish still exceeds the demand. Lobster, let's go!
