Allnex Started Construction of The World's Largest Single Factory
Recently, in the Dushan Port Economic Development Zone of Pinghu City, Allnex Technology Materials (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. held a simple and grand groundbreaking ceremony, announcing the official start of construction and a good start! This is another milestone moment for Zhanxin Pinghu Base.
Mr. Li Hua, Director of Production and Operations of Allnex Greater China, said that the Dushan Port base will be built into the world's largest single factory of Allnex, which is the cornerstone of the future development of China and global business. While announcing the official start of the project, it was emphasized that safe construction is the primary principle while ensuring the construction progress. Also witnessing at the scene were representatives from the construction, management and supervisory parties of the project.
Allnex's new production base is located in Dushangang Economic Development Zone, Pinghu City, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. It covers an area of about 150 acres. The initial large-scale construction investment is about 200 million US dollars. It will be built in accordance with world environmental protection standards and will have an annual output of 138,000 tons, which is second to none in China. The world-class industrial environmental protection resin production base is expected to be completed and put into production in 2022.
Zhanxin Pinghu Dushan Port production base will build 15 production lines step by step according to market demand; after completion, it will mainly produce water-based epoxy coating resins and curing agents, water-based polyurethane resins, water-based radiation curing resins, phenolic coating resins, and polyester acrylate resins. , Amino resins and radiation curing special resins, etc., are widely used in construction, home furnishing, high-speed rail, automobiles, electronics, packaging inks and special-purpose coatings, etc.
