Since this year, Zhujixi Coal Mine of Northern Anhui Province has steadfastly promoted the work of joint cost control. Through the accounting management of the whole staff, the whole process and all elements, the explicit cost has been strictly controlled, and the hidden cost has been deeply excavated, thus realizing the transformation of cost control from ex post control to joint control and defense, and further improving the level of mine management.

Strengthen the assessment and cash in order to reduce costs and achieve benefits. In accordance with the management idea of "management yields benefits, strict management yields great benefits and meticulous management yields maximum benefits", the mine takes the cost control management system as the grasp, starts from all links involved in the safe production and operation of the mine, uses the method of system theory, links cost with performance, cost with post, cost with income, and realizes linkage. To formulate and issue the Implementation Plan for Promoting Joint Cost Control and the Implementation Plan for Limiting the Number of Underground Single-shift Operating Persons, and to subdivide the controllable indicators such as labor, materials, electricity, maintenance cost and output value of maintenance and processing into units and managerial leaders, and to strictly assess and implement them. Systematic and comprehensive analysis and comparison are made regularly on the completion of each unit's indicators to find out the root causes of the problems, precisely implement the measures, and comprehensively link up the assessment.

Optimize the production design and seek technical benefits. Before the design of working face and roadway, the mine conducts field investigation on the nearby construction site to maximize the utilization of the roadway that has been constructed for no other purpose and reduce the amount of roadway excavation. In the design process of 13501 working face in the first mining face of 13 coals, 1151 roof gas drainage roadway which has been constructed is used as gas control roadway in the unstressed area of 13 coal roadways, which directly reduces the excavation workload of 240 M. Optimize the layout of roof gas control roadway in 11 coal seams, reduce drilling footage of nearly 900m per drilling site, avoid sandstone penetration construction and reduce material consumption. According to geological prediction and actual roof and floor lithology of roadway, the support parameters of roadway are adjusted in time to reduce the cost of material support on the premise of guaranteeing the quality of roadway support.

Strengthen cost-saving and benefit from cost-saving. The mine actively carries out cost-saving, through straightening out the management process of repairing old and waste, strictly grasping the key points of recovery, sorting, appraisal, repair, acceptance, use and assessment, and truly "eat out" the residual value of materials and equipment. Encourage the whole staff to actively participate in cost reduction and efficiency improvement work, adhere to the principle of "big but small", hold "watermelon" and pick "sesame", do detailed work on repairing old and waste articles, promulgate a material recovery incentive policy, price each material and accessories clearly, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff based on Post Saving and tapping potential. Recently, the coal preparation plant has actively participated in the sorting of sundries with small amount of raw coal in the mine, and has recovered 16 kinds of available materials, totaling more than 8500 pieces. The mine machinery repair plant actively plays its role by taking the methods of dismantling, reusing, restructuring, processing and residual value regeneration to squeeze out the surplus value of each material, so that the waste material can be put into production cycle again, which solidly promotes the "re-entry" of idle waste material, effectively reduces the input of new material costs, and maximizes the cost reduction and efficiency increase. Since this year, the output value of self-made processing has reached 1.05 million yuan, and the output value of repairing old and making profit and waste has reached 2.35 million yuan.
