Among them, a case of counterfeiting barreled water "Black Workshop" occurred in a factory building in Weishanzhuang, Daxing District, Beijing. On April 21, Beijing police smashed it up and seized a set of canned equipment, more than 100 barrels of counterfeit brand barreled water, and nearly 10,000 counterfeit trademark labels. After investigation, the suspect Chen Mouwei was punished by the administrative department in August 2018 because he was engaged in barreled water management without a business license. Since then, the person still did not stop, re-purchased simple filtration equipment for assembly, after the tap water filtration, direct barrel irrigation, labeling, wholesale sales at about 1 yuan. The man was detained by the police in accordance with the law on suspicion of counterfeiting registered trademarks.
