In the process of enforcing the law and inspecting the production situation of enterprises with staggered peaks in autumn and winter from 2018 to 2019, Cangzhou strictly implements the "one-off" notification system to plug the loopholes in the management of pollution control facilities in enterprises in an all-round way.

For key pollutant discharging enterprises such as iron and steel, coking, cement and so on, carry out "anatomical" law enforcement inspection. For general environmental management problems found, it is required to establish reform, investigate and punish environmental violations of enterprises according to law, and help formulate rectification plans, and urge the implementation of the deadline rectification. 

Thoroughly investigate illegal construction projects and resolutely eliminate illegal sewage discharge. Conduct on-site investigation on the environmental protection formalities and licensed sewage discharge of enterprises, and investigate and punish illegal acts of unlicensed sewage discharge and excessive total sewage discharge according to law. Enterprises that have not obtained permits to discharge pollutants illegally shall be ordered to stop discharging pollutants immediately, complete relevant procedures and meet discharge standards before continuing production. Those who refuse to implement the rectification requirements and continue to discharge pollutants shall be punished on a daily basis according to law.
