From January to November, the total revenue of state-owned enterprises increased by 6.4% to 55.75 trillion yuan on a year-on-year basis, the total profit increased by 5.3% to 3.2 trillion yuan on a year-on-year basis, the tax payable decreased by 0.4% to 4.13 trillion yuan on a year-on-year basis, the profit margin of cost decreased by 0.1 percentage point to 6.0%, and the asset liability ratio was 64.4%. This year, China will implement a larger scale of tax reduction and fee reduction, which is expected to exceed 2 trillion yuan in the whole year. The decrease of taxes payable by state-owned enterprises is the embodiment of the effect of tax reduction policy.
