The Provincial Academy of Eco-environmental Sciences has interpreted the latest policy norms for updating the non-point source list and revising the contingency plan for heavily polluted weather, explained the ideas, techniques and methods for compiling the contingency management and control list for heavily polluted weather, and pointed out the emergency emission reduction measures for key industries and major pollutants, and graded management and control for enterprises. Special training was conducted in the formulation of Policy. Discussions, exchanges and answers were made on the basis of emission reduction and the optimization of emission reduction measures, which are of general concern to all regions.

Updating the list of air pollution sources and revising the emergency plan for heavily polluted weather are important basic work for air pollution prevention and control. It is helpful for cities to identify pollution sources, carry out accurate analysis, make scientific decisions and improve the emergency management and control level of heavily polluted weather. Relevant departments at all levels should attach great importance to the training requirements, speed up the filling-in of inventory data according to the latest requirements of the state, link up the pollution source inventory with the secondary pollution source census data, and cover all the gas-related enterprises; in the compilation of the emergency control inventory of heavy pollution, the exemption approval procedures of enterprises should be strictly guaranteed and the quality strictly controlled. Quantity and quantity; To fill in the emergency emission reduction inventory form in accordance with the format requirements, and report to the Provincial Ecological Environment Department before the end of July.

From the provincial key areas of air pollution prevention and control cities (counties, districts) ecological environment, credit, public security, housing, transportation, agriculture, market supervision and other departments and key enterprises, a total of 450 people participated in the training.
