Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas support agricultural management subject

On July 9, the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance issued a circular on supporting the cultivation of new agricultural operators. In 2019, the central government increased its support to farmers'cooperatives, family farms and other new agricultural operators, accelerated the support of a number of farmers' cooperatives and family farms with standardized management, good operation and strong capacity of joint agricultural belt, and developed a number of farmers'cooperatives and family farms with high professional level, strong service capacity, standardized service behavior and covering agricultural industry. Productive service organizations in the chain should build a number of agricultural industrialization consortia with leading enterprises as the guide, farmers'cooperatives as the link, family farms and farmers as the basis, so as to enhance the endogenous power of rural industry development.
