The meeting demanded that first, we should improve our political position and take the hard battle of winning the agricultural poverty alleviation as the basic requirement of fulfilling the main responsibility and responsibility. We will link the interests of poor households to each project with the carrier of "three changes". We will continue to increase incomes of more poor people and promote industrial poverty alleviation. At the same time, we will further establish and improve the special supervision and notification mechanism for industrial poverty alleviation and implement timely notification. One-to-one supervision of problems will make every effort to promote the effectiveness of various tasks of poverty alleviation in agricultural industry and lay a solid foundation for the real realization of the "two do not worry about three guarantees".
