Ningdong Base has arranged 184 construction projects throughout the year, with a total investment of 165 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 23.2 billion yuan, an increase of more than 10%. It is expected that the investment in fixed assets from January to April will increase by more than 18%. The first batch of 119 major projects started in a centralized manner, with a total investment of 132.8 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 20 billion yuan. By the end of April, an investment of 4 billion yuan had been completed, and the investment completion rate was 20%, 4.2 percentage points higher than the same period last year. The second batch of 40 major projects started in a centralized manner, with a total investment of 43.2 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 3.55 billion yuan. Among them, there are 37 industrial projects with an annual planned investment of 3.4 billion yuan, accounting for 92.5% and 95.8%, respectively; 3 infrastructure projects, with an annual planned investment of 150 million yuan, accounting for 7.5% and 4.2%, respectively.

The MDI project adopts the world's leading independent research and development technology, which will promote the construction of a high-performance fiber industry cluster of 100 billion yuan in Ningxia, creating a " China Spandex Valley". Relying on resource advantages and industrial foundation, Ningdong Base plans to build nine subdivided industrial chains, and has now implemented Baofeng Energy's 1 million tons of olefins, Taihe Aramid and Spandex full industrial chain, Taifeng Platinum Adiponitrile and high-end new materials There are 11 large-scale projects with a total investment of 145 billion yuan and more than 10 billion yuan, as well as a number of good projects such as Hyosung’s 23,000 tons of carbon fiber and the National Energy Comprehensive Energy Center.
