Shandong Dongfang Hualong Group Got Crude Oil Quotas
Shandong Dongfang Hualong Group was approved to refined imported crude oil with the volume of 3 million tons each year. As of July 27, Chinese independent refineries have got the imported crude oil quotas of 92.85 million tons/year. Therein, Shandong independent refineries took up around 73% of the total volume.
In the meantime, another 5 independent refineries’ applications are being published, including 4 Shandong independent refineries. And some other independent refineries have submitted their applications and are waiting for the check.
