Big Data+' Enhances Intelligence of Guizhou Coal Mine

On September 2, Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Department and Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau issued a list of mechanized mining technologies for "key 4%" coal mines in Guizhou Province, which should be declared between 00:00 on September 3 and 16:00 on October 30.
According to the requirement of "opinions of Guizhou Provincial People's Government on eliminating backward production capacity and accelerating transformation and upgrading of coal industry" (Qianfufa "2017" 9), the mechanization rate of coal mining in Guizhou Province will reach 96% by 2020.
The other 4% coal mines which are difficult to realize mechanized mining are the key factors affecting the mechanization of mining in Guizhou Province (i.e. "key 4%"). The occurrence conditions of "key 4%" coal seam are complex and diverse, and it is difficult to realize mechanized mining due to the problems of large dip angle, complex structure and small range of minefields.
The technical list aims at overcoming the difficult problem of mechanized mining in "key 4%" coal mines, improving the level of safety production of enterprises, and promoting the transformation and development of Guizhou's top 10 billion-grade industrial industries.
For those who follow the list, we should encourage cooperation between production, education and research. Coal mining enterprises, equipment manufacturing enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions should cooperate to declare jointly. Leading units should be independent legislators registered in Guizhou Province. Participating units should have coal mining enterprises that implement projects. They can apply for equity investment in accordance with relevant regulations.
For the listing party, we will coordinate the relevant resources to promote the innovation of new business forms and business models through equity investment and EPC+BOT mode, and promote the deep integration of "service industry+mining industry" and "service industry+manufacturing industry".
According to the plan of Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, solving the mechanized mining problem of "key 4%" mine will not only greatly improve the utilization efficiency of coal resources, but also lay a foundation for the exploitation of abundant extremely thin, steeply inclined seams, even more abundant coal resources in depth of 2000 meters. On May 20, 2019, Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Department and Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau signed a strategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, Guizhou will realize 100% mechanization of coal mining around 2022 and "coal-free underground without people on the ground" around 2030. It will innovate its methodology, improve its engineering methods and regulations, and promote industrial transformation by "two-wheel drive" of technological innovation and institutional innovation.
Guizhou Science and Technology Department and Guizhou Energy Bureau will provide project support for underground coal gasification, coal pillar-free mining, deep integration of "big data + coal mine", intelligent power supply and other technology research and application in energy field by means of joint subsidies and industrial funds.
