China Aviation Oil ensures smooth and orderly production and operation

On the afternoon of September 12, China Aviation Oil Group held a video conference on production and operation in September, which clearly demanded that the key points be highlighted and implemented to ensure smooth and orderly production and operation around the National Day. Xie Zhengping, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group Company, Xu Yongjian, General Legal Adviser, Assistant General Manager Shilei, and Chen Kaibin, Director of Safety, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Gong Feng, deputy general manager.

Xi Zhengping emphasized that safety work should be done well. We should further improve production safety, network security, operation safety, quality safety and team stability to ensure smooth and orderly production and operation. Special attention should be paid to the work of security and stability during the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day.

Xi Zhengping pointed out that we should earnestly carry out the development and reform goals. We should keep a close eye on the annual production objectives, strictly control expenditure and ensure that the annual operating objectives are fully achieved. We should enhance the overall situation awareness and strategic awareness, coordinate the annual business objectives with the "8361" strategic objectives, make good use of the landing of scientific and technological innovation projects, and ensure that the development and reform objectives of the company are achieved in stages and years.

Xie Zhengping emphasized that we should earnestly do a good job in ensuring the transportation of oil at Beijing Daxing International Airport. The smooth navigation of Beijing Daxing International Airport is a matter of great concern to the CPC Central Committee, the National Court and the people of the whole country. It is also an important political task for China Aviation Oil at present. On the basis of preliminary general inspection, each unit should do a solid job in safety inspection and on-site drilling before commissioning; it should focus on Beijing Daxing International Airport and coordinate the operation of aviation oil supply at the airports of the capital, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, so as to ensure safe operation.

Xi Zhengping pointed out that we should earnestly do a good job of honesty during the two-festival period. Cadres and Party members at all levels should take the lead in setting an example, strictly abide by the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee, and spend a healthy, harmonious and honest festival to greet the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China with full enthusiasm.

The meeting conveyed the spirit of the announcement of the Office of the Security Committee of the People's Republic of China and the Emergency Management Department on strengthening the current security precautions, and read out the group company's work plan on security guarantee for the 70th anniversary of the National Day and the disposal plan of network security incidents. All units are required to focus on the main line of "risk prevention, security and greeting Daqing", highlight safety warning education and security commitment, further strengthen political responsibility, firmly implement security responsibility, carry out in-depth special action of "risk elimination and risk elimination", and comprehensively carry out accurate investigation and management of security risks. On the eve of National Day, we should stop major risk operations in an all-round way, resolutely prevent and curb major and extraordinary accidents, and create a safe and stable environment for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China.
