China's Response to Saudi Oil Facilities Attacked by Great Fluctuations

On September 17, 2019, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hua Chunying hosted a regular press conference. At the meeting, in response to the attack on Saudi oil facilities, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hua Chunying said that China condemned the attack on Saudi oil facilities and called on the parties concerned to refrain from actions that led to the escalation of regional tensions.
The reporter asked that two oil facilities of Saudi Arabian Amy Oil Company were severely attacked, which resulted in 50% suspension of Saudi oil production and large fluctuations in the international oil market. What is China's comment on this?
Hua Chunying said that China condemned the attack on Saudi oil facilities, opposed any attacks on civilians and civilian facilities, and appealed to the parties concerned to refrain from actions leading to the escalation of regional tensions.
