BP/Hengli Restart But Hanbang Shuts PTA Unit
BP Zhuhai shuts the 1.25 million mt/yr PTA unit on Aug 1 and restarted on Aug 3, now running normally.
Hengli restarted the 2.2 million mt/yr PTA unit on Aug 5 but may shut another 2.2 million unit on Aug 10 for 12-15 days.
Hanbang shuts the 700kta PTA unit on Aug 5-6 and the restarting date is unfixed.
