Hebei Zhongjie Petrochemical Delays Restarting Aromatics Plant
CNOOC Zhongjie Petrochemical (Huayue Chemical) delayed restarting its aromatics plant in Hebei province to late August. The plant, which can produce 20kt/year of benzene, 540kt/year of toluene and 93.6kt/year of mixed xylenes, was shut on July 17 and originally planned to restart in early August.
