The national fiscal revenue increased by 3.3% year on year
In the first three quarters, the national general public budget revenue was 15067.8 billion yuan, up 3.3% year on year, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance on July 17. Among them, the tax revenue in the national general public budget revenue is 12697 billion yuan, down 0.4% year on year. From the perspective of fiscal revenue, the effect of tax reduction policy continues to show, and tax revenue has been declining since May. " Liu Jinyun, director of the treasury payment center of the Ministry of finance, said at a press conference held by the Ministry of Finance on the same day. Data shows that in the first three quarters, the central government's general public budget revenue was 7204.5 billion yuan, an increase of 3.5% year on year; the local general public budget revenue was 7863.3 billion yuan, an increase of 3.1% year on year. Non tax revenue was 23708 billion yuan, up 29.2% year on year.
From the perspective of major tax revenue items, in the first three quarters, domestic value-added tax was 4933.6 billion yuan, up 4.2% year on year; domestic consumption tax was 1144.8 billion yuan, up 15.8% year on year; corporate income tax was 3157.2 billion yuan, up 2.7% year on year; personal income tax was 798.1 billion yuan, down 29.7% year on year; import goods value-added tax and consumption tax were 1214.8 billion yuan, down 8.1% year on year; customs duty was 214.9 billion yuan, down 3% year on year. In terms of expenditure, in the first three quarters, the national general public budget expenditure was 17861.2 billion yuan, up 9.4% year on year. Among them, the central general public budget expenditure was 2507.9 billion yuan, up 9.2% year on year; the local general public budget expenditure at the same level was 15353.3 billion yuan, up 9.4% year on year. In terms of national government funds, in the first three quarters, the budget revenue of national government funds was 5316.3 billion yuan, up 7.7% year on year. The budget revenue of central government funds is 308.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.5%; the budget revenue of local government funds is 5007.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.3%, of which the revenue from land transfer is 5.8% higher than that of the previous year. In the first three quarters, the budget expenditure of national government funds was 6176.8 billion yuan, up 24.2% year on year. The central government funds budget expenditure at the same level is 183.8 billion yuan, down 7.2% year-on-year; the local government funds budget related expenditure is 5993 billion yuan, up 25.5% year-on-year, of which the land transfer income arrangement expenditure is down 1.7%.
