It solves the technical problem that the adhesion of powder fluorocarbon coating in the industry is not up to standard. Through the ordinary electrostatic spraying equipment and the process of one coating and one baking, the adhesion of the coating can be inspected according to the highest adhesion inspection standard of aluminum profile, i.e. "draw 100 grid after one hour of high-pressure boiling". The product technology has broken through the technical bottleneck that PVDF fluorocarbon coating (powder type) can't make high content metal powder. With special bonding process, the metal pigment is better wrapped, modified by fluororesin and special process.
The physical properties of fluorocarbon coating (powder type) spray film are greatly improved. Its spraying process only needs one coating and one baking, and the operation is more simple.
