Carbide furnace gas recycling of Haina calcium carbide project in Salt Lake

Recently, the project of "Haina of Salt Lake" calcium carbide in Ganhe Industrial Park successfully solved the problem of putting into operation the gas storage tank of clean furnace gas, gradually improved the process control, completed the ignition target of putting the gas of calcium carbide purification furnace into lime kiln and carbon drying kiln, and realized the process of circulating utilization of calcium carbide furnace gas. The effective utilization of carbide furnace gas is the small internal circulation of the plant area established by the large circulation of the industrial chain of the Haina PVC integration project, which is one of the signs of the company's realization of clean production and resource recycling. It has significant economic, social and environmental benefits. In the normal production of carbide installation, 9282m3 carbon monoxide can be recovered per hour, and carbide furnace gas can be used as fuel instead of natural gas It can save more than 30 million yuan every year. In recent years, the state has made great efforts to build circular economy projects, and some enterprises with high pollution and energy consumption have been closed down. Among them, carbide industry, as a basic chemical raw material, will produce a large amount of furnace gas in the production process, resulting in environmental pollution. At present, the energy-saving and environmental protection production mode and process with carbide furnace gas as fuel has become the first choice for the development of carbide industry. Calcium carbide project is an important part of the circular economy industrial chain of Haina PVC integrated project. The project focuses on the utilization of waste furnace gas in the production process, and takes the realization of comprehensive utilization of resources as the development direction. The energy-saving technology, technology and automatic control system in line with the development of calcium carbide industry are adopted in the treatment of calcium carbide furnace gas. The furnace gas recovery and utilization system adopted in Haina calcium carbide project is to send the carbide furnace gas to the furnace gas storage tank after high temperature purification. When the lime is calcined and the coke is dried, it is transported to the coke kiln and the lime kiln by the gas cabinet plus press, and the qualified rate of the lime and coke produced can reach more than 80%. This can not only reduce the emission of net furnace gas in the process of production adjustment, but also be used as fuel for lime calcination and carbon drying, effectively realizing the secondary utilization of energy and reducing the emission of pollutants.
