The total utilization of powdery raw materials is realized, and the emission of air pollutants such as nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide and PM2.5 in the production process is more than 80% lower than that in the traditional process.
At the same time, we will make every effort to promote the 1 million tons of calcium carbide deep processing recycling industry project of Shenwu company, and accelerate the development of calcium carbide industry to the direction of high efficiency and low energy consumption. The third is to actively build a circular economy within the industry, the park and the region to achieve low-carbon development, circular development and green development. Taking Zhuozi Inner Mongolia Yidong Dongxing Chemical Co., Ltd. as an opportunity to be listed as a circular economy demonstration enterprise in the autonomous region, we should focus on the circular combination of industries, the circular utilization of resources and the clean production, especially taking its "coal electricity chlor alkali chemical industry cement resin deep processing" integrated circular economy industrial chain as a demonstration to promote the city's calcium carbide industry to maximize the use of various wastes in the industry Develop, realize cleaner production, and promote the coordinated development of environment and economic benefits. At the same time, Beijing Shenwu group should accelerate the construction of calcium carbide chemical production base in Chayouhouqi, and promote the technological process transformation of calcium carbide chemical industry. At present, the on-site conversion rate of calcium carbide in Ulanqab is 38%. In 2015, strive to make this number exceed 50%. At the same time, driven by the large enterprise groups such as Yidong, Mengwei and Shenwu, Wulanchabu will become an important carbide chemical production base in China in the future with advanced technology and strong financial support.
