The number of domestic pigs in Liaoning Province has increased rapidly

The monitoring results of 240 monitoring villages from January to September in Liaoning Province show that: the number of live pigs increased rapidly from July, 11% month on month in September; the number of fertile sows increased from July, 2.4% month on month in September. The year-on-year decline in the number of sows that can be bred gradually narrowed, and by September, the decline had dropped from 26.3% in January to 11.5%.

Arrange 41.33 million yuan of loan discount funds, and organize cities to carry out loan discount work for pig farms and large-scale pig farms with working capital loans from August 1 of last year to July 31 of this year. According to statistics, 85 pig farms in 9 cities can obtain 7.75 million yuan of loan discount funds. The special investigation on the purchase subsidy demand of pig production agricultural machinery and equipment was carried out in an all-round way, and the properties of production machinery, subsidy qualification, subsidy amount measurement, subsidy fund application and other matters were sorted out. The provincial agriculture and rural affairs department is cooperating with the provincial finance to implement the policies of CSFV killing subsidy, interest subsidy, award from large counties, insurance, pig breeding subsidy, etc.

According to the requirements of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, Liaoning started the monthly tracking and monitoring of large-scale pig farms, and carried out monthly tracking and monitoring on more than 6000 registered and filed large-scale pig farms with more than 500 designs or more than 300 designs, so as to ensure the accurate understanding of the changes in pig production situation.
