Gansu added tax reduction and fee reduction of 13.081 billion yuan
It is learned from Gansu provincial taxation bureau that the Bureau ensures that the tax reduction and fee reduction policy takes root, and the scale and effect of tax reduction and fee reduction increase month by month and increase in all aspects. In the first three quarters of this year, the province added 13.081 billion yuan of tax reduction and fee reduction. Among them, 10.487 billion yuan of tax reduction and 2.594 billion yuan of social security fee reduction were added. According to the introduction, the beneficiary industries are fully covered, 21 industries in the province have preferential policies for tax relief, and the tax burden level of each industry category has decreased to different degrees year on year. The private economy has benefited the most, with a total of 7.872 billion yuan of tax reduction added by the private economy in the province, accounting for 75.1% of the total tax reduction in the province. The tax reduction is three times that of the public economy. It is the most important, direct and beneficial group for large-scale tax reduction this year. In addition, the reduction of personal income tax directly increases residents' income and improves residents' consumption confidence. According to the tax data, in the first three quarters, the sales revenue of accommodation and catering industry, reflecting the vitality of residents' consumption, increased by 17.1%, that of residential service industry by 28%, and that of wholesale and retail industry by 14.1%. Market entities continued to be active. In the first three quarters, 67800 new market entities in the province handled tax related matters, with an average monthly increase of 7500. Tax reduction and fee reduction have enhanced the willingness to start a business, increased the activity of market players and created more jobs.
