Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone has promoted the reform of legal institutions, and carried out beneficial exploration in administrative management system, organizational model, employment mechanism, performance evaluation, etc. " We will work with relevant departments and localities to advance all work, promote the high-level opening up and high-quality development of national economic development zones, and build them into a new highland of reform and opening up. " Gaofeng said that the next step will be to promote the transformation and upgrading of national economic development zones from four aspects: building a high-level open platform, improving technological innovation capacity and industrial competitiveness, promoting institutional reform, and establishing and improving working mechanisms.
