The 12th China Japan ROK economic and trade ministers' meeting was held in Beijing on the 22nd. Zhong Shan, Minister of Commerce of the people's Republic of China, and Cheng yunmo, Minister of industry, commerce and resources of the Republic of Korea, and Hiroshi Toyama, Minister of economy and industry of Japan, CO chaired the meeting. The three sides reaffirmed that they will actively promote the signing of the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) in 2020 as scheduled, and on this basis jointly accelerate the negotiation of the China Japan ROK FTA. It was said that the three sides will continue to strengthen economic and trade cooperation under the framework of APEC and G20, jointly safeguard the multilateral trade system with WTO as the core, promote economic globalization towards a more open, inclusive, inclusive, balanced and win-win direction, and promote the construction of an open world economy. Zhong Shan said that at present, the world economic growth continues to slow down, and the sources and risk points of global turbulence have increased significantly. As the three major economies of East Asia and even the world, the three sides should jointly oppose unilateralism and trade protectionism, further improve the level of trade and investment cooperation, and contribute to regional and world peace, stability and prosperity. The Chinese side proposed to strengthen connectivity, "China Japan South Korea +" and other cooperation, deepen the construction of local cooperation mechanisms of the three countries, such as the "Pan Yellow Sea Economic and technological exchange conference", and received positive response from Japan and South Korea.
