The existing automobile repair enterprises shall complete the regulation requirements before the end of 2019. The automobile repair enterprises that fail to complete the regulation tasks within the time limit shall stop the spraying, paint repair and other operations that generate VOC pollution. According to the law and regulations, the environmental access of motor vehicle maintenance enterprises shall be well controlled. The city will no longer accept the application for filing of new, rebuilt and expanded motor vehicle maintenance enterprises that use oil paint to carry out painting operations, except for the regional centralized spraying center.
