Provincial 100 day work safety centralized regulation action

On December 18, a symposium on the centralized rectification of 100 day work safety and the safety management of the chemical industry park was held in Pucheng County. Liang Guiyi and his party first came to the relevant enterprises of Weinan Weibei coal chemical industrial park and went to the production workshop to observe the safety production management. Liang GuiQiang stressed that it is necessary to firmly establish the concept of safety development, improve the awareness of red line, strictly implement various rules and regulations, and effectively deal with problems such as irregular production, storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals. At the following symposium, Liang GUI listened to the reports of the provincial emergency management department, Shaanxi coal chemical industry group, Weinan City, Yulin City and other departments on the safety production management in the park and the centralized management of 100 day safety production.

He pointed out that the current situation of safety production in our province is still severe, and some parks and enterprises still have problems in safety supervision, supporting functional facilities and other aspects, which need to be solved urgently. All departments around the country should learn from the accident lessons in the field of hazardous chemicals, focus on key parts and industries, strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers, further consolidate the main responsibility of the enterprise, urge the enterprise to fulfill the legal responsibilities and obligations for safe production in accordance with the law, promote the standardization construction of safe production, and do a good job of centralized remediation of hazardous chemicals safety with practical actions. Liang GuiQiang stressed that all departments in the park should take this 100 day centralized rectification action as an opportunity, combine the problems found in the safety assessment of the chemical industry park, strengthen the organization and leadership, responsibility implementation, hidden danger rectification, supervision and law enforcement and other measures, effectively plan the construction of the park's hierarchical management, cluster management and other institutional mechanisms, and strictly prevent all kinds of production safety accidents. We should adhere to the new development concept, continue to promote industrial transformation and upgrading, strictly evaluate the enterprises to be introduced, and ensure the "safety" of high-quality development.
