In the year of the completion of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, the State Health Insurance Bureau stressed at the meeting that all levels of health insurance departments should closely adhere to the objectives and tasks, focus on building a multi-level medical security system covering the whole people, urban and rural areas as a whole, with clear rights and responsibilities, moderate security and sustainability, and focus on the following seven tasks:

4、Fourth, we should establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the medical insurance drug catalog, further promote DRG pilot, and improve the medical insurance payment system.

5、Fifthly, we will do a good job in the implementation of the new negotiated drugs, the guarantee mechanism for the use of drugs in hypertension and diabetes clinics, the centralized purchase of drugs and medical consumables, and ensure that the reform results truly benefit the masses.

6、Sixthly, we will improve the capacity of public services, continue to promote the construction of business style, and comprehensively implement the "good and bad evaluation" system.

7、The seventh is to study and promote the direct settlement of outpatient service in different places in the regional integration area. We will promote electronic vouchers for medical insurance and accelerate the construction of medical insurance information platforms and the implementation of coding standards.

From the work plan listed by the state health insurance bureau, it is not difficult to find that the "weight" of drug centralized purchase is different from that of the past, and now it has risen to the height of "breakthrough" to promote the reform of "three medical linkage". In the view of the industry, the centralized drug purchase may become the core line of the future work of the National Health Insurance Bureau, and the news circulating in the industry seems to confirm this statement. According to the news, the national level will focus on the top 160 varieties listed by the national hospitals according to the purchase amount from high to low.

It is planned to carry out another 3 years and organize 5-6 batches of drug centralized purchase. At least 25 varieties will be considered for each batch. It is worth noting that the information also revealed that the centralized purchase will mainly focus on the drugs passing the consistency evaluation. When a certain variety touches the condition that "there are more than three generic pharmaceutical enterprises have been evaluated", the national centralized purchase will be automatically started.
