As early as the beginning of the construction of two meltblown nonwoven fabric production lines, Liaoyang Petrochemical began to plan the source of polypropylene meltblown special materials. After reviewing the situation, the company's party and government team decided to rely on the strong scientific research and development strength of the company's research institute to use polypropylene produced by PetroChina to independently develop polypropylene meltblown special materials, which eventually formed polypropylene, polypropylene meltblown special materials Spraying non-woven fabrics, masks and other "one-stop" industrial chains to maximize economic benefits.
To this end, starting from March 9, Liaoyang Petrochemical grasped the construction of the meltblown fabric production line in one hand and the research and development of polypropylene meltblown materials in one hand. The company quickly set up a research and development team for meltblown special materials to grab the "hard bone" before the meltblown fabric production line was built. After 180 hours of continuous formula testing and technical research and development by the R & D team, 3 stable formulas were finally formed. At the same time, it has carried out 40 small-scale extrusion tests successively, and carried out more than 80 tests. It was successfully debugged at the fastest VC speed and was put into mass production as soon as possible. After testing, all the technical indicators of the 200 kg small trial product produced this time have reached the national standard, with an annual output of 2,000 tons of special polypropylene meltblown material.
At present, Liaoyang Petrochemical Research Institute is conducting in-depth research on ultra-low odor, low ash polypropylene meltblown special materials, continuously improving product quality and grade, and finally turning polypropylene meltblown special materials into high-end and series in this field. Quality products.
