The high level of the chemical market fell
Domestic chemical market high fall. The Chemical Products Price Index (CCPI) closed at 5,169 points in the week ended October 14, down 1.8%.
Among the important chemical products monitored, 21 products increased, accounting for 33.9%, and the top products increased were TDI (20.9%) and aniline (5.2%); Bisphenol A (8.9%), styrene (8.0%) and acrylic acid (7.4%) led the decline in 36 products or 58.1%.
The TDI market rose sharply. Many sets of devices in Europe stopped, and the domestic operating rate also entered the low point of the year with the parking of Shanghai Kosichuang and Wanhua Yantai devices. TDI main factories were limited in shipments, and the overall spot market continued to tighten. Traders high rise, cover plate reluctant to sell, part of the suspension of quotations. It is expected that the short-term TDI market is still strong, or there is still a large rise.
Aniline market shock rise. During the holiday, aniline ex-factory prices were raised twice, and continued to climb after the festival. The start-up of the device is unstable within a week, the overall inventory of the manufacturer is low, and a number of enterprises in the north are centralized maintenance in mid-October, so the supply side storage is good. In October, the industry peak season, downstream industry stable follow up, support aniline upward. Domestic aniline market is expected to continue to rise.
Bisphenol A market downturn Yin down. Within the week, the market is depressed, the shipment of bisphenol A holders is not smooth, and some bisphenol A factories sell at a lower price, the market mentality is suppressed. Downstream market purchase intention cautious, sporadic counter-offer price, bisphenol A negotiation focus infinite empty fall. Expected short - term bisphenol A market or bottom run.
Styrene market weak decline. Raw material pure benzene price has declined, styrene cost support weakened. During the holiday period, part of the imported goods arrived at the port, the inventory of the main port in East China increased, and the supply of styrene market increased. Downstream construction is recovering slowly, mainly due to procurement. Styrene market is expected to adjust slightly after the market.
Acrylic market weak Yin down. Raw material propylene rose after falling, cost support weakened. Goods holding side delivery pressure, factories and traders are more loose quotation, the focus of discussion down. Downstream save buy up do not buy down mentality, only a small amount of just need to be cautious to buy. Acrylic acid market is expected to continue the negative state.
Overall, international crude oil has declined again, and the impact of production cuts seems to have disappeared. The domestic "gold, nine silver and ten" is not good enough, coupled with the spread of the epidemic in many places after the holiday, the macro impact is still negative, and the chemical market needs to be further recovered.
