Human parvovirus (HPV) is one of the smallest DNA-containing viruses discovered so far, and human parvovirus infection is a group of diseases that has been gradually recognized in the past 20 years. Clinical manifestations may include general infection symptoms of viremia, as well as special manifestations of infectious erythema, vascular purpura, arthritis, numbness and tingling in the fingers and toes. Infection in pregnant women may cause intrauterine infection, leading to fetal anemia, edema and death. For patients with hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia crisis (aplastic crisis) may occur. This group of diseases are mostly acute and self-limiting processes with a good prognosis, but those with immunodeficiency may present a chronic and protracted process. In recent years, there have been several reports of deaths due to fulminant myocarditis, fulminant hepatitis, etc.
