Pralidoxime Iodide Injection
The main ingredients of this product and its chemical name: pralidoxime iodide, chemical name is 1-methylpyridine-2-aldehyde oxime iodide. Its molecular formula: C7H9N2OI, molecular weight: 264.07.
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
PYRIDINE-2-CARBOXALDOXIME METHIODIDE

This product is an oxime compound. Its quaternary ammonium group can tend to the cationic site of the inactive phosphorylated cholinesterase that has been combined with the organophosphorus insecticide. Its nucleophilic group can directly combine with the phosphorylated group of cholinesterase and then detach from the cholinesterase together, so that the cholinesterase can be restored to its original state. It regains its vitality. The effect of rejuvenating the aged cholinesterase that has been inhibited by organophosphorus insecticides for more than 36 hours is very poor. It has no resurrection effect on the cholinesterase inhibited by chronic organic insecticide poisoning. This product has a significant effect on the nicotinic symptoms caused by organophosphorus insecticides, but a weak effect on muscarinic symptoms, and no significant effect on central nervous system symptoms.

1 Pharmacology The substance that produces the contrast effect in diatrizoate injection is a diatrizoate, in which the firmly bound iodine absorbs X-rays. 2 Toxicology Systemic toxicity Based on the results of acute toxicity studies, no risk of acute poisoning was found with the use of diatrizoate injection. Animal studies on systemic tolerance with repeated daily intravenous administration did not find any results that were unfavorable to the usually one-time diagnostic use in humans. Potential genotoxicity, carcinogenicity Studies on genotoxicity did not find diatrizoate to have a mutagenic effect in vivo or in vitro. Based on the above results, and taking into account the metabolic stability of diatrizoate and the one-time diagnostic use of diatrizoate injection, it is believed that diatrizoate injection has no carcinogenic risk to humans. Local tolerance and contact sensitization possibility Local tolerance studies did not show that diatrizoate injection had local adverse reactions to blood vessels, or mucous membranes or serosal membranes in the human body. Mild to moderate local intolerance reactions may occur if diatrizoate injection is accidentally injected into blood vessels or into other tissues.

Succinylcholine Chloride Injection
Succinylcholine Chloride
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Succinylcholine Chloride

After binding to nicotinic receptors, this product produces a stable depolarization effect, causing skeletal muscle relaxation. After intravenous injection, it first causes a short period of muscle fasciculation, starting from small muscles such as the brow and upper eyelid, to the scapula and pectoralis major, and to the upper and lower limbs. The muscle relaxation takes effect in 60 to 90 seconds and lasts for about 10 minutes. Large doses can cause a slow heart rate, arrhythmia, histamine release leading to bronchospasm or anaphylactic shock; it may also cause cerebral vasodilation, increased intracranial pressure, temporary increase in intraocular pressure, postoperative muscle pain, myoglobulinuria, increased blood potassium, and induce malignant hyperthermia and other side effects.

This product is a cell cycle-specific anti-tumor drug that acts on DNA topoisomerase II to form a stable reversible complex of drug-enzyme-DNA, which hinders DNA repair. Experiments have found that this complex can be reversed with the elimination of the drug, allowing the damaged DNA to be repaired and reducing cytotoxicity. Therefore, extending the drug administration time may increase the anti-tumor activity.
