This product can dilate coronary blood vessels, with a slow onset but a long duration of action. It can relieve pain during angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction, increase coronary blood flow, and improve myocardial oxygen supply. While dilating coronary blood vessels, it reduces coronary circulation resistance, significantly increases the oxygen partial pressure in coronary blood flow, reduces coronary venous oxygen difference, and does not change myocardial oxygen consumption.
