Indication
This product is used to treat severe and moderate acne, and also has certain effects on ichthyosis, psoriasis, lichenoid skin diseases, and certain abnormal keratotic skin diseases.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Calculated at 1-2.0 mg/(kg/day), adults take 25-50 mg each time, 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment for acne is 6 weeks, and for seborrheic dermatitis is 4 weeks. Or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
1. The side effects of this drug are similar to the clinical manifestations of vitamin A overdose. Common side effects include dry skin, desquamation, itching, rash, increased fragility, palmoplantar peeling, ecchymosis, secondary infection, etc.; oral mucosal dryness, pain, conjunctivitis, severe corneal obstruction, visual impairment, papilledema, headache, dizziness, mental symptoms, depression, benign intracranial hypertension, etc. 2. Osteoporosis, muscle weakness, pain, gastrointestinal symptoms, epistaxis, etc.; 3. Taking the drug during pregnancy can lead to spontaneous abortion and fetal malformation; 4. Drug Interactions

When used in combination with methotrexate, it can increase the latter's blood concentration and aggravate its toxicity.
