Diclofenac sodium
Diclofenac sodium is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic derived from phenylacetic acid. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the activity of cyclooxygenase, thereby blocking the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandins. At the same time, it can also promote the combination of arachidonic acid with triglycerides, reduce the concentration of free arachidonic acid in cells, and indirectly inhibit the synthesis of leukotrienes. Animal experiments have confirmed that prostaglandins are one of the mediators of intraocular inflammation, which can lead to the collapse of the blood-aqueous barrier, vasodilation, increased vascular permeability, leukocyte chemotaxis, non-cholinergic mechanism pupil constriction, etc. Diclofenac sodium is a stronger non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Its inhibitory effect on prostaglandin synthesis is stronger than that of aspirin and indomethacin. Diclofenac sodium eye drops have a significant protective effect on the destruction of the blood-aqueous barrier caused by mechanical, chemical, biological and other stimuli.

Tobramycin O-3-amino-3-deoxy-α-O-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-[2,6-diamino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-D-ribo-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)]-2-deoxy-D-streptamine
In vitro experiments show that tobramycin has special effects on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and penicillin-resistant bacteria), Streptococcus (Group A hemolytic streptococci, non-hemolytic streptococci and Streptococcus pneumoniae), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis (indole-negative) and indole-positive Proteus, Haemophilus influenzae and Haemophilus conjunctivitis, Moraxella conjunctivitis, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (Herelle avaginacola), Neisseria. Bacterial sensitivity experiments show that bacteria resistant to gentamicin are still sensitive to tobramycin. No bacteria resistant to tobramycin have been found so far, but long-term use may lead to bacterial resistance.

Naphtholine Hydrochloride
It has a constrictive effect on conjunctival blood vessels, mainly due to the direct stimulation of the drug on the ?-adrenaline receptors on the conjunctival arterioles, resulting in reduced conjunctival congestion. Naphtholine is an adrenergic drug.

Ribavirin
Antiviral drug. It has the effect of inhibiting the growth of many viruses such as respiratory syncytial virus, influenza virus, hepatitis A virus, adenovirus, etc. in vitro, and its mechanism is not fully understood. This product does not change the adsorption, invasion and uncoating of viruses, nor does it induce the production of interferon. After entering the virus-infected cells, the drug is rapidly phosphorylated, and its product acts as a competitive inhibitor of viral synthase, inhibiting inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase, influenza virus RNA polymerase and mRNA guanosine transferase, thereby causing a decrease in intracellular guanosine triphosphate, impairing viral RNA and protein synthesis, and inhibiting viral replication and transmission. It may also have an immune effect and neutralizing antibody effect on respiratory syncytial virus.
