Lincomycin Hydrochloride Injection
The main ingredient is lincomycin hydrochloride, and its chemical name is 6-(1-methyl-trans-4-propyl-L-2-pyrrolidinecarboxamido)-1-thio-6,8-dideoxy-D-erythro-alpha;-D-galacto-octinopyranoside hydrochloride hydrate. Its structural formula is: Molecular formula: C18H34N2O6SHClH2O Molecular weight: 461.02
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
Lincomycin hydrochloride

It has high antibacterial activity against common aerobic Gram-positive bacteria, such as Staphylococcus aureus (including those resistant to penicillin G), Staphylococcus epidermidis, beta-hemolytic Streptococcus, viridans Streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae. It has good antibacterial effect on anaerobic bacteria, including Clostridium diphtheriae, and Clostridium perfringens. It has no activity against Gram-negative bacteria such as Enterococcus, meningococci, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, and Haemophilus influenzae, as well as fungi. There is no cross-resistance with penicillin, chloramphenicol, cephalosporins and tetracyclines, and there is partial cross-resistance with macrolides. It acts on the 50S subunit of the ribosome of sensitive bacteria, preventing the extension of the peptide chain, thereby inhibiting the protein synthesis of bacterial cells. It is generally an antibacterial agent, but at high concentrations, it also has a bactericidal effect on certain bacteria.

Nimodipine

Nimodipine is a Ca2 channel blocker that inhibits smooth muscle contraction and relieves vascular spasm by preventing Ca2 from entering cells. It is highly lipophilic and easily penetrates the blood-brain barrier. It selectively acts on cerebral vascular smooth muscle, dilates cerebral blood vessels, increases cerebral blood flow, and reduces ischemic brain damage. It also protects and promotes memory and promotes intellectual recovery.

Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride

It has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially high antibacterial activity against aerobic Gram-negative rods. It has good antibacterial activity against most bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, including Citrobacter, Enterobacter cloacae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio, Yersinia, etc. It often has antibacterial activity against multidrug-resistant bacteria. It has high antibacterial activity against penicillin-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae, enzyme-producing Haemophilus influenzae, and Moraxella. It has antibacterial activity against most strains of Pseudomonas, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has antibacterial activity against methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, and only moderate antibacterial activity against Streptococcus pneumoniae, hemolytic Streptococcus, and Enterococcus faecalis. It also has good effects on Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma, and Legionella, and has antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and atypical mycobacteria. It has poor antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria. Ciprofloxacin is a bactericide that acts on the A subunit of bacterial DNA gyrase, inhibiting DNA synthesis and replication, leading to bacterial death.
