Function and Efficacy
Aspirin and acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and have antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant and can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of the drug.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each package contains 230 mg of aspirin, 126 mg of acetaminophen, and 30 mg of caffeine.

Appearance
This product is a white or off-white powder with a slightly sour and bitter taste and easily deteriorates when exposed to moisture.
Indication
Used for fever and headache caused by cold or flu; also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, toothache, menstrual pain, and muscle pain.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 1 pack at a time. If fever or pain persists, repeat the medication every 4-6 hours, but not more than 4 times within 24 hours.
Adverse Reactions
Common gastrointestinal reactions include nausea, vomiting, upper abdominal discomfort or pain. Less common reactions include skin allergic reactions, bronchial asthma, and reversible liver damage.
Precautions
Pregnant women and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. People with wheezing, nasal polyposis syndrome, allergies to aspirin and other antipyretic analgesics are prohibited from using this product. People with hemophilia or thrombocytopenia are prohibited from using this product.

Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not for use by pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
Drug Interactions
1. It should not be used with anticoagulants (such as dicoumarol, heparin). 2. This product can increase gastrointestinal adverse reactions when used with corticosteroids. 3. This product should not be taken with chloramphenicol, barbiturates, and belladonna drugs. 4. If used with other drugs at the same time, drug interactions may occur.
